E-Commerce Operations Executive – B2B & B2C

About Kidology Kidology is an India-based educational toy brand focused on screen-free, STEM and learning-based toys for children aged 0–5 years. Our product range includes sensory toys, Montessori-based learning products, busy books, STEM toys, and innovative learning solutions. We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline our day-to-day B2B and B2C e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, shipment coordination, and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete B2B and B2C order processing cycle, from order receipt to final delivery.

● Monitor and maintain inventory across warehouses and e-commerce channels.

● Handle order processing through marketplace/e-commerce panels and internal systems.

● Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for picking, packing and dispatch.

● Manage shipment creation, tracking, delivery, RTOs and returns.

● Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

● Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, and returned orders and take timely corrective action.

● Handle B2B purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.

● Ensure accurate SKU, quantity, shipping, and billing details before order dispatch.

● Track stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stock-outs or inventory discrepancies.

● Maintain and reconcile inventory, orders, shipments, returns, and delivery data.

● Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to orders, inventory, shipments, and fulfilment.

● Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.

● Track order fulfilment TAT and ensure timely closure of pending orders.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

● Hands-on experience in handling both B2B and B2C orders.

● Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, shipment and fulfilment.

● Experience with e-commerce/marketplace panels such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra, Meesho, etc.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, etc.

● Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS or inventory/order management systems is preferred.

● Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and manage multiple priorities.

● Good communication and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
