E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Role
As our online sales channels grow, we need someone to take full ownership of order fulfillment and stock accuracy across Amazon and Shopify — making sure every order ships on time and every listing reflects what's actually on the shelf.

What You'll Do

• Process and track daily orders on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, from confirmation through fulfillment and delivery
• Own inventory accuracy across both platforms — reconcile stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and update listings as stock changes
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners so orders are picked, packed, and shipped within SLA
• Monitor and resolve order issues — cancellations, returns, refunds, delayed shipments, and customer disputes on both platforms
• Track stock levels against sales velocity and flag reorder points before items run out
• Keep product listings accurate — stock status, pricing sync, and variants — across Amazon and Shopify
• Prepare regular reports on order volume, fulfillment times, and inventory status for management

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing orders and/or inventory on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
• Daily working comfort inside Amazon Seller Central (orders, returns, FBA or FBM as applicable) and the Shopify admin
• Experience reconciling stock across multiple sales channels
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable owning a process end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Based in Dubai, or able to relocate, for an on-site role

Preferred:

• Experience with inventory or order-sync tools/apps across Amazon and Shopify
• Prior experience in trading, distribution, or e-commerce retail in the UAE/GCC market
• Arabic language skills

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
