About the role

Blocker India Pvt Ltd is hiring an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations across Indian marketplaces, including Amazon India, Flipkart and Meesho. The role involves product listings, catalog maintenance, pricing updates, order coordination and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain accurate product listings and catalog information.
• Manage seller accounts using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other relevant marketplace portals.
• Monitor pricing and inventory information and coordinate necessary updates.
• Track daily orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Monitor account health and resolve listing suppressions, catalog errors and other marketplace issues through seller support.
• Prepare sales and operational reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Use marketplace performance data to identify opportunities to improve listings and sales performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon India, Flipkart or similar marketplace accounts.
• Working knowledge of seller portals, bulk listing templates, account health tools and marketplace advertising dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience resolving catalog errors and listing issues through marketplace seller support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage daily operational tasks independently.
