Job Objective

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy and detail-oriented fresher from a reputed college to manage Flipkart-specific operational and financial coordination, including Sales Order (SO) creation, Credit Note creation, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, and payment follow-ups. The role will support the growing volume of Flipkart business and its expanding account base across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) for Flipkart accounts.
• Prepare and process Credit Notes accurately and on time.
• Handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) creation and related documentation.
• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate for timely collections.
• Maintain accurate account-wise records and transaction details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, billing, GRN and payment-related issues.
• Monitor multiple Flipkart accounts and ensure timely completion of daily activities.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts as the business expands to additional locations.

Candidate Profile

• A smart, proactive and tech-savvy fresher from a reputed college.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, computers and digital systems.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner with a responsible and result-oriented approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
