Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations, order processing, warehouse coordination, dispatch tracking, and reconciliation to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily e-commerce operations and order processing.
• Manage e-commerce reconciliation, including order payments, sales, returns, refunds, and settlements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Monitor order pickups, dispatches, and shipment status across e-commerce platforms.
• Track pending, delayed, cancelled, and returned orders and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and courier companies for smooth deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, returns, and dispatches.
• Prepare daily operational reports and identify discrepancies in orders or settlements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and order management.
• Understanding of reconciliation, returns, refunds, and settlements.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Good Excel and data management skills.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage daily operational tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse coordination, or order management.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
