What they need
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to run our daily order operations and lead the team.
Your responsibilities
- Manage Amazon orders from receipt through dispatch.
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Print shipping labels and oversee accurate packing and dispatch.
- Organise, supervise and support staff to keep daily work on track.
You must have previous hands-on experience with Amazon order management, customer messages, shipping labels and managing staff.
