E-commerce Operations Specialist..

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day website and online marketplace operations.
• Create, update, and maintain products, categories, pricing, promotions, and content.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
• Update website banners, landing pages, collections, and promotional sections.
• Ensure prices, offers, discount codes, and product information are accurate across

channels.

• Monitor website merchandising and product visibility.
• Coordinate product launches and campaign implementation.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with IT, warehouse, marketing, and other

teams.

• Conduct regular website and marketplace checks to ensure accuracy and smooth

customer experience.
