E-Commerce Operations Specialist

To be part of our dynamic and fast-growing team, we are looking for a Back Office & Operations Specialist to work in our Istanbul office , dedicated directly to our Munazzo project.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational workflows, order lifecycle management, system reconciliation, and cross-departmental coordination rather than direct customer calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Queue Management: Track, verify, and process daily orders and operational queues on the Munazzo platform to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Follow up on supplier notes, shipping statuses, and inventory updates, escalating bottlenecks to relevant operational teams.
• Data Verification & Reporting: Perform routine data reconciliation across internal systems, spreadsheets, and invoices to maintain 100% operational accuracy.
• Process Compliance: Execute day-to-day operations strictly within established corporate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and workflows.
• Cross-Department Support: Liaise with customer service, fulfillment, and accounting departments to resolve operational discrepancies swiftly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Language Skills: Proficient written and spoken English (essential for internal reporting and supplier communications).
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for tracking, lists, and data control).
• Attention to Detail: High level of concentration and meticulousness in repetitive operational workflows and data entry.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to quickly spot operational errors, discrepancies, or delays and take proactive steps.
• Adaptability: Fast learner comfortable with utilizing internal e-commerce panels/software tools.
• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to shifts or working hours based on dynamic project volume and business needs.
