E-commerce Operations Specialist

IBSTEC is looking for an experienced and self-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist (eBay) who can independently manage and operate an eBay store from A to Z. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing the complete eBay business cycle, from product research and sourcing to listing optimization, order processing, and store growth.

We need someone who can take full ownership of store operations and handle all tasks individually without depending on others for day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete eBay store from A to Z.
• Conduct product research, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Identify profitable products and manage product sourcing.
• Create, optimize, and publish product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and stock updates.
• Handle order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
• Manage customer inquiries, messages, returns, refunds, and disputes.
• Monitor account health, seller performance metrics, and policy compliance.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and store profitability.
• Analyze store performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify opportunities for scaling and expanding the store.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in eBay store management.
• Proven experience independently managing an eBay store.
• Strong knowledge of eBay product research, sourcing, listing, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with complete order and inventory management.
• Understanding of eBay SEO, seller policies, and account health.
• Ability to troubleshoot store-related issues independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations without supervision.
