E-Commerce Operations Specialist - Jack Russel Jeans

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you will connect products, stock, orders, payments and delivery across our Thai business and help prepare for overseas sales. You will own the back-office systems and resolve issues escalated by CS, while the CS team handles customer chats.

What you will do

• Manage our website, marketplaces and affiliate sales systems, plus the order handover from CS for Instagram/Facebook inbox sales. Keep brand's products, stock and orders clearly organised.

• Configure Shopify product pages, collections, menus, prices, promotions, Markets, languages, payments and shipping according to approved plans. Test mobile pages and checkout before release.

• Maintain accurate styles, colours, sizes, measurements, fit, fabric, care, SKUs, weights and stock using confirmed product information. Coordinate country-of-origin and customs product codes with the factory and advisers.

• Set shipping zones, rates, weight rules and tracking. Work with logistics partners on export documents, customs issues and cross-border returns.

• Test orders, payments, refunds and actual charging currencies. Apply tax and duty settings based on confirmed instructions.

• Reconcile orders, inventory and payments to prevent duplicates, overselling and double-counted revenue.

• Resolve system issues with platform support, payment providers, developers and logistics partners. Keep CS updated and write clear guides for the team.

• Follow platform and AI updates, test useful changes on a small scale and share what you learn.

What you bring

• Hands-on e-commerce operations and Shopify setup experience, with examples of work you have completed.

• An understanding of product, inventory, order, payment and delivery processes across sales channels.

• Confidence checking, matching and cleaning data in Excel, Google Sheets and CSV files.

• The ability to read English documentation and work with overseas support teams.

• A careful, organised approach to testing and troubleshooting, with clear communication and follow-through.

• Practical AI agent or automation experience, including testing, troubleshooting and responsible data access.

Fashion product data, system integrations or automation experience is a plus. You will coordinate with developers when coding is needed.
