E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Python / Automation)

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations across our online stores and sales channels. The role involves product and catalog management, order processing, inventory coordination, warehouse/OMS operations, reporting, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth order-to-fulfillment processes.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, fulfillment, shipping, and order exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, OMS providers, and internal teams to resolve inventory and order-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse availability, stock feeds, pricing feeds, and product synchronization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to OMS, inventory, warehouse integrations, APIs, and data feeds.
• Experience with Python to manage and update price files.
• Familiarity with server side operations
• Perform regular audits of products, pricing, inventory, orders, and website data.
• Coordinate with technical teams and third-party service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, order, product, and operational reports.
• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support updates, promotions, collections, merchandising, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain operational documentation, processes, and SOPs.
• Research e-commerce tools, competitors, products, suppliers, and market opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all e-commerce systems and sales channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering , Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, Amazon , Walmart , Ebay ,Shopify, AP Fusion or online marketplaces.
• Experience with Excel,Google Sheet , Power Query skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Requests and other Python libraries.
• Knowledge of order management systems (OMS Channel Spyder and Hemi), inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and operational issues.
• Good understanding of e-commerce workflows and integrations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:
Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 AM

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
