About the Internship

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Trainee who wants to build practical experience in e-commerce operations.

This is a remote, part-time, 4-week internship designed for someone who may have basic knowledge of e-commerce but is willing to learn quickly, research independently, use AI tools effectively, and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product catalog and listing-related activities.
• Conduct online research to understand products, categories, competitors, and marketplace requirements.
• Use AI tools to support research, learning, problem-solving, and optimization of e-commerce tasks.
• Identify errors, missing information, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in product catalogs and listings.
• Execute assigned tasks accurately and maintain organized work records using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Gradually handle assigned e-commerce tasks independently with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Fast learner who can understand and apply new concepts quickly.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-assisted research tools.
• Good internet research and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding or genuine interest in e-commerce.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility

• Open to graduates and candidates currently pursuing graduation.
• Prior e-commerce experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Candidates with limited e-commerce knowledge can also apply if they demonstrate strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per week

• Stipend: ₹1,000–₹3,000/month
