E-commerce Order Packing & Dispatch Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and verify products according to customer orders.
• Ensure the correct product, size, color, and quantity are packed for each order.
• Pack orders neatly and securely according to JILD's packaging standards.
• Ensure all products are checked for quality before packing.
• Print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with courier services for timely order pickups and dispatch.
• Update order statuses and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Manage daily order fulfillment and ensure orders are dispatched within the given timelines.
• Handle returned, exchanged, and undelivered orders when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and dispatch area.
• Monitor packaging materials and inform management when stock is running low.
• Follow company procedures to minimize packing errors, damaged products, and delayed shipments.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
