E-Commerce Platform Review Executive

About the role (Chinese Speaker Only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Platform Review Executive to join our team. The main responsibility is to review and verify merchant registration information and supporting documents submitted on the e-commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify merchant information and supporting documents
• Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with platform requirements
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious information for further review
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and internal guidelines when processing cases
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while handling daily tasks
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with documents
• Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks accurately
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
