  • Identify opportunities to improve product data, taxonomy and customer navigation.
  • Resolve data inconsistencies and investigate feed or supplier issues.
  • Ensure new products are launched with accurate and engaging content.

Merchandising & Website Optimisation

  • Oversee category merchandising to maximise discoverability and conversion.
  • Review category structures and customer journeys.
  • Monitor merchandising performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with Marketing on seasonal campaigns, launches and promotional activity.

Website Operations

  • Act as first point of escalation for day-to-day website issues.
  • Investigate and resolve merchandising, product and operational issues.
  • Liaise with developers and third-party partners where technical fixes are required.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement longer-term improvements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Review processes and identify efficiencies across the product function.
  • Support ongoing development of internal systems and ecommerce tools.
  • Help define standards for catalogue quality and merchandising best practice.
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, online retail or digital merchandising.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others.
  • Strong understanding of product data and catalogue management.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with an eye for customer experience.
  • Comfortable analysing data and identifying trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
