Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the online sales platform, optimizing product visibility, and analyzing web performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and basic web development skills, with experience in platforms such as Odoo and Magento preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce operations through technical expertise and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Utilize HTML skills to make necessary adjustments to website content and layout as needed.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools; generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular web analytics reporting to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and site updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer online shopping experience.
• Support technical integrations and troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce platforms, especially Odoo and Magento.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and SEO strategies to continuously enhance online presence.

Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to enhance online visibility.
• Basic knowledge of HTML coding for content management purposes.
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics; ability to interpret data effectively.
• Prior experience working with Odoo and Magento e-commerce platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data reports.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing online content and performance metrics.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
