About the role
Manage and oversee all e-commerce stores (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.) and develop strategies to achieve sales, GMV, and revenue targets. Lead and develop Live Streaming & Online Sales strategies while coordinating across e-commerce, live streaming, content, and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all e-commerce stores (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, GMV, and revenue targets
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and product performance
- Lead and develop Live Streaming & Online Sales strategies
- Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Lead and coordinate the e-commerce, live streaming, content, and sales teams
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams
About you
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Online Sales, or related field
- Experience in managing e-commerce stores and live commerce
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and sales strategies
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
