Job summary

You'll be the bridge between our customers and our online store—making sure customers get quick responses, orders are properly handled, and the online channel continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, messages, and orders.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are properly processed.
• Identify products customers are interested in and communicate useful sales insights.
• Give regular feedback on customer behaviour, popular products, objections and missed sales opportunities.
• Track daily/weekly online sales performance.
• Keep product information, availability and online listings accurate.
• Support promotions, campaigns, and other online sales initiatives.
• Contribute ideas beyond your regular responsibilities; the goal is to help the brand grow, not just process orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
