E-Commerce Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented E-Commerce Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, process online orders, and help maintain a positive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, social media, and other online channels.
• Process and monitor customer orders.
• Assist customers with product information and order concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries.
• Help maintain accurate records of orders and customer transactions.
• Support promotional and sales activities on various online platforms.
• Contribute to achieving team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
