E-Commerce Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-oriented E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on e-commerce sales role involving TikTok & Shopee live streaming, product posting, customer enquiries and online sales.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Balakong, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee and other online platforms to introduce and promote our products.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly and confidently during livestreams.
• Respond to customer comments, enquiries and messages through TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Create and update product listings, photos, descriptions and promotional content on e-commerce platforms.
• Create simple short-form videos and product content for TikTok, social media and online promotions.
• Follow up with customers and leads, understand their needs, provide suitable product recommendations and close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in customers.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate with the relevant team for deliveries and payments.
• Learn and explain basic product/technical information to customers. Product training will be provided.
• Provide basic after-sales assistance and follow up with customers to ensure a good buying experience.
• Support the team in daily e-commerce sales and promotional activities.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Friendly, energetic and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Interested in TikTok, Shopee, live selling and social media content.
• Willing to learn about machinery, tools and technical products.
• Experience in live hosting, online sales, customer service or e-commerce is an advantage, but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or AI content tools is an advantage.
• Able to create simple product videos and promotional content.
• Responsible, proactive and able to follow up with customers independently.
• Mandarin is an added advantage but not essential.
