E-Commerce Sales Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, phone, and social media.

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce, promote, and offer company products, generate sales, and build customer relationships.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Recommend products, upsell, and cross-sell based on customer needs.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Ensure accurate product information and maintain a positive customer shopping experience.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online selling, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule, if required.
