E-Commerce Sales Representative

As an E-Commerce Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers through in-person, phone, and online channels. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and effectively promote and sell our products. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in communication and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers through in-person interactions, email, phone, chat, social media, and other online platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, video calls, and consultations to showcase products and close sales.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales process and track interactions in a CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Generate and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, opportunities, and challenges.
• Provide feedback to management based on customer insights and interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; studies in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, including in-person, phone, or online sales.
• Strong familiarity with digital communication tools, CRM software, and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and basic photo editing software.

Work Environment

This position involves conducting customer video calls and assisting customers from our outdoor product showroom. The workspace is covered but is not air-conditioned, so applicants should be comfortable working in South Texas weather conditions.
