E-Commerce Sales Supervisor

• Coordinate and monitor online sales performance periodically to achieve company revenue targets.
• Oversee customer service operations—from handling product consultations and processing needs to resolving complaints—to create a superior customer experience.
• Manage the execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs by handling repeat orders via WhatsApp and the website to sustainably increase customer transaction value.
• Coordinate live streaming activities across various platforms to boost traffic, engagement, and sales conversions.
• Oversee and optimize the Affiliate program, including affiliator acquisition, campaign execution, performance evaluation, and affiliator community development.
• Monitor order processing within the system, track order status, and resolve transaction issues to ensure accurate and timely order management.
• Monitor the performance of all online sales channels and provide regular data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Actively collaborate with the E-Commerce, Marketing, Warehouse, and Inventory Control teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Manage, motivate, and develop team competencies to align with the company's vision and mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales, Customer Service, CRM, Online Sales, or Business Development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial/supervisory position (leading a team).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Streaming and Marketplace Affiliate programs.
• Solid understanding of order management workflows, e-commerce operations, and customer retention strategies (CRM).
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to be stationed in Malang, East Java.
