E-Commerce Sales Support Administrator

wholesale company that specialises in corrugated paper board-based food packaging (primarily pizza boxes, kraft paper bags, fast-food takeaway boxes) retailing a high volume of products through our online store and other online ecommerce platforms eBay, Amazon direct B2B bulk sales to Cash & Carry Wholesalers

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join us on a full-time, office-based basis. This role operates from our Mansfield Warehouse NG18 Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5pm, providing essential administrative support to both customers and the external sales team.

Experience in ecommerce marketing is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

-Preparing and sending customer quotations

-Creating orders - Raising invoices will be a core activity (training will be provided)

-Order management - entering orders into the system and keeping track of them, ensuring we meet delivery deadlines

-Liaising with customers via email, Phone and face to face, Logging customer helpdesk queries

-Arranging product samples to be sent to customers as requested

-Generating and following up on customer quotations

-Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

-Providing day-to-day administrative support to the external sales team

This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £29,500.00-£32,650.00 per year
