- Manage OTA platforms including Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Tiket.com, and others
- Update rate, availability, inventory, and promotion
- Monitor and handle online booking
- Monitor online review and rating hotel
- Conduct competitor rate checking
- Manage website and booking engine hotel
- Create OTA performance and online sales reports
- Coordinate with Reservation, Front Office, Revenue, Sales & Marketing departments
