Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – E-Commerce to manage and grow our online business across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick-commerce platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, product listing and catalog management, order processing, inventory planning, sales performance, promotional activities, pricing, and platform coordination to ensure smooth operations and business growth across all channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and other e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Handle product listings, catalog creation, content updates, product descriptions, images, pricing, and product attribute management.
• Monitor orders, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery-related issues.
• Manage inventory availability, stock replenishment, warehouse coordination, and prevention of stock-outs and overstocking.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, order volumes, product visibility, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, deals, and platform-specific offers to increase sales.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers, platform support teams, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Monitor product ratings, customer reviews, seller ratings, and customer complaints to improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, product listing guidelines, and operational requirements.
• Track settlements, commissions, marketplace fees, returns, deductions, and sales reconciliation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor pricing, product performance, and marketplace opportunities.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance sales, profitability, and account performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, and Zepto.
• Strong understanding of product cataloging, listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace policies.
• Working knowledge of marketplace seller portals and quick-commerce vendor or partner portals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, MIS, and sales analysis.
• Understanding of marketplace commissions, pricing strategies, promotions, and reconciliation.
• Strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates who have independently handled multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Experience in both traditional e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs, inventory, sales targets, and platform operations simultaneously.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, consumer goods.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
