What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Set up livestream operational capabilities, including tools, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for livestream selling. Analyze livestream performance, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and GMV to identify opportunities for optimization
• Develop and manage the livestream calendar, coordinating brand-led livestream sessions and affiliate collaborations aligned with commercial priorities and campaign periods. Develop internal livestream capabilities, sharing insights, training relevant teams, and improving the organization’s understanding of livestream commerce
• Execute brand-led livestream operations, ensuring product preparation, selling scripts, demonstration materials, and operational readiness
• Build and manage an affiliate ecosystem, recruiting and developing a pool of creators and affiliators to expand reach and drive incremental sales. Scale livestream sales performance, testing different formats, time slots, content approaches, and product assortments to improve results.
• Collaborate with store teams, traveling to stores when needed to ensure product knowledge, demonstration quality, and coworker competence in livestream support
• Coordinate with platform partners and affiliate agencies, negotiating collaborations and ensuring effective campaign execution
• Prepare regular reports and insights, translating livestream performance data into actionable recommendations for commercial and channel strategies

We want you to be a person who has:

• Experience working in e-Commerce, marketplace or social commerce environments
• Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, or affiliate networks
• Experience working with affiliate agencies or creator management networks (MCN/MNC)
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and social commerce trends
• Experience managing campaigns or sales activations on marketplace platforms
