Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop.
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate programs.
• Good understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, and SEO.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Familiar with TikTok Ads and affiliate marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and visuals.
• Manage and coordinate KOL and affiliate marketing programs.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and optimize overall store performance.
