Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Experience: 2-5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales optimization

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue through e-commerce platforms.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing product listings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to optimize product presentations and promotional campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance site ranking and drive organic traffic.
• Oversee the integration of e-commerce systems, ensuring smooth connectivity with other business platforms.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data analytics to recommend improvements.
• Drive engagement with potential customers through targeted online marketing campaigns.
• Ensure a user-friendly purchasing experience and address any technical or logistical challenges.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
