E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Manage daily marketplace and website operations including product catalog updates, pricing, stock, and store visuals. Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for discoverability. Develop and execute daily, weekly, and campaign promotion strategies while managing ads. Analyze traffic data, conversion rates, CTR, and sales performance for reporting and store development. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and logistics teams for campaign and fulfillment purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace and website operations including product catalog updates, pricing, stock, and store visuals
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve customer discoverability
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for daily, weekly, and campaign activities
• Manage advertising campaigns across marketplace platforms
• Analyze traffic data, conversion rates, CTR, and sales performance for reporting and store optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and logistics teams for campaign execution and fulfillment

Qualification

• Minimum S1 degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management
• Proficient with major seller center features (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Suites
• Good understanding of e-commerce trends, digital consumer behavior, and pricing strategies
