What they need
- Manage and update TikTok Shop product listings, including product names, descriptions, prices, images, and promotions.
- Monitor and process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for fulfillment.
- Monitor product inventory and ensure accurate stock availability online.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns through TikTok Shop.
- Assist in planning and implementing TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and other promotions.
- Monitor daily and monthly online sales performance.
- Prepare sales, order, and e-commerce performance reports.
- Coordinate with TikTok Live Hosts/Streamers to support livestream selling activities.
- Monitor product performance and recommend ways to improve sales and engagement.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, features, campaigns, and e-commerce best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
