E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online product listings and support overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, and product details.
• Manage and monitor product pricing, promotions, and discounts.
• Track competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Monitor product availability, sales performance, and listing accuracy.
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.
• Prepare basic reports on product performance, pricing, and trends.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding inventory, product information, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace, or product listing management is an advantage.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of online selling, digital marketing, and current e-commerce trends.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
