E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations of TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store performance.
• Monitor and optimize TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads campaigns.
• Analyze advertising performance, sales data, traffic, and other key e-commerce metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and other store activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product, marketing, sales, and store operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or business partners when required.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights based on store and advertising performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Good understanding of TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Familiar with e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, and advertising performance.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant e-commerce tools.
• Willing to work on-site in Pluit, North Jakarta.
