E-commerce Specialist / 電商運營專員

Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including product listing, inventory monitoring, and sales promotions.

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services via email and messaging in professional English.

·         Monitor and analyze operational data to optimize advertising strategies and conversion rates.

·         Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Marketing, Business English, International Trade, or related disciplines.

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or international trade.

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English. (IELTS 6.0 / DSE Level 3 or equivalent is preferred).

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis skills.

·         Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Remuneration & Benefits:
