Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels to drive revenue growth, improve product visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role oversees product listings, online store operations, promotions, order fulfillment, and performance analysis across e-commerce platforms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient online operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital sales, online store management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, online advertising, and e-commerce best practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and performance data.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, including the website, online marketplaces, and social commerce channels.
• Monitor day-to-day online store operations, including product availability, pricing, orders, and fulfillment status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and platform guidelines.

Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and inventory information.
• Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
• Ensure product information and availability are accurate and updated across all platforms.

Sales & Performance Analysis

• Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key e-commerce performance metrics.
• Prepare regular sales, platform performance, and product performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Promotions & Campaign Management

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams in implementing online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely updates to promotional pricing, vouchers, and other platform offers.
• Track competitors' online activities, pricing, promotions, and product offerings to identify market opportunities.

Customer & Order Support

• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to online purchases.
• Address basic e-commerce platform issues and coordinate with vendors or IT support for technical concerns.

Process Improvement & Platform Optimization

• Apply basic SEO and platform optimization strategies to improve product visibility and online performance.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of e-commerce processes.
• Stay updated on platform features, policies, and industry trends to support continuous improvement of online operations.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)
• Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
