E-Commerce Specialist

About The Job

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily online sales operations, support customer experience, and ensure smooth coordination across marketplaces, internal teams, and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, customer inquiries, and operational data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Familiar with marketplace and e-commerce operations, including SKU management, promotions, vouchers, order processing, and shipment monitoring.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills, with good problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with transactional data, reports, and administrative processes.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, logistics partners, and other external parties.
• Proactive in identifying operational issues and following through until resolution.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and AI-based tools to support daily operational work.
