Job Description

The HQ Company is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Product Research Specialist to independently manage our online sales channels and conduct market research for new and incoming products.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the role and manage the work independently without requiring constant follow-up or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon UAE, Noon, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings
• Manage pricing, SKUs, inventory, promotions and marketplace accounts
• Conduct market research for new and incoming products
• Analyze competitors, demand, pricing, reviews and market trends
• Identify new products with strong sales potential
• Calculate landed cost, marketplace fees, selling price and profit margins
• Recommend which products to buy, test, reorder or avoid
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, best sellers and slow-moving products
• Resolve marketplace and listing issues independently
• Continuously improve online sales and marketplace performance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven e-commerce experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong hands-on experience with Noon Seller Lab
• Strong experience with Shopify
• Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts independently
• Strong experience in product and market research
• Good understanding of pricing, marketplace fees, margins and profitability
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of the UAE/GCC e-commerce market
• Experience with electronics, gadgets, home appliances or consumer products is highly preferred
