Your Mission (The Blend)

As our E-commerce Specialist, you won't just be managing listings—you’ll be the architect of our digital growth. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Platform Mastery: Managing and optimizing our presence on Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, and FoodPanda.
• Campaign Strategy: Planning and executing "mega-sale" events (like 11.11 and 12.12) that make a splash.
• Inventory & Logistics: Ensuring our fresh products reach customers seamlessly by coordinating with our operations and supply chain teams.
• Data Analytics: Peeking behind the curtain to analyze traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to constantly improve our "recipe" for success.
• Customer Experience: Ensuring every digital touchpoint feels as refreshing as a cold Fruitas shake.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in E-commerce management (FMCG or Food & Beverage experience is a huge plus!).
• Platform Savvy: Deep knowledge of Seller Center tools and digital marketing basics (ads, SEO, and social commerce).
• Analytical Mindset: You love a good spreadsheet and know how to turn data into actionable insights.
• Agility: The digital world moves fast; you move faster.
