E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a driven and strategic E-Commerce & Market Place Specialist to lead and grow our product official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This role will be responsible for driving sell-out performance, optimizing Live Commerce and Affiliate programs, and developing data-driven sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Job Responsibility :

• Drive and achieve sales (sell-out) targets for Herbal King Official Store on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
• Manage and optimize key sales channels, including Live Commerce, Affiliate Programs, and Store Promotions.
• Develop and execute affiliate strategies by recruiting, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and key partners.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product offers, and sales initiatives that drive conversion and GMV.
• Develop strategies to increase product sell-out through reseller stores and affiliate networks.
• Plan, allocate, and manage sales and promotional budgets to maximize ROI and overall sales performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and key e-commerce metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and affiliate contribution.
• Continuously optimize pricing, promotions, product bundling, and sales strategies based on data insights.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop platform representatives to maximize campaign opportunities, platform support, and commercial growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance evaluations, and actionable recommendations for business growth.
• Ensure alignment between sales strategies and Alpha Propolis' brand positioning, product communication, and target consumer segments.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Market Place Specialist or Digital Commerce, preferably in the health supplements, herbal products, wellness, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Official Stores, Shopee, Affiliate Programs, and/or Live Commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s, Shopee sales ecosystem, including GMV Max, affiliate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and performance metrics.
• Target-driven, proactive, and ambitious, with strong ownership of sales results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in health supplements, herbal products, or consumer health brands is a plus.
• Able to join as soon as possible.
