E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the company’s online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on product listings, order processing, customer coordination, promotions, sales monitoring, and ensuring smooth day-to-day online store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online selling platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, prices, images, and inventory.
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations for proper and timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, reviews, and concerns professionally.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate inventory updates with the Inventory/Warehouse team.
• Assist in planning and implementing online promotions, discounts, vouchers, and campaigns.
• Monitor daily online sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and other e-commerce activities.
• Prepare regular reports on online sales performance and platform activities.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, product trends, and customer behavior in online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams for product campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure accurate pricing, product information, and promotional details across all online platforms.
• Help identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
• Perform other e-commerce and sales-related tasks assigned by Management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• With experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of online selling, marketplace operations, and digital promotions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in product listings, pricing, orders, and inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with basic sales reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or online advertising is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
