E-commerce Specialist

Summary:

E‑Commerce Specialist to supports our online store operations, product content, website updates, SEO, and AI‑driven search optimization. This hybrid role blends digital operations with creative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update product listings, pricing, and inventory
• Support daily e‑commerce platform operations
• Assist with website updates and basic UX improvements
• Monitor site performance (broken links, load issues, navigation)
• Perform basic SEO tasks (keywords, meta tags, alt text)
• Assist with AI optimization for product/company data
• Report website issues and support routine platform updates

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Comply with ILMO Products Company Safety policies and procedures

Working Conditions:

· Full time Monday-Friday 730AM-430PM

· Hybrid schedule with in person days coordinated with supervisor

· Seated for long periods of time

· Minimal walking, standing, kneeling

· Frequent computer use

· Indoor environment with occasional travel

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Associate’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related

· 1–3 years of e‑commerce or website experience

· Understanding of basic SEO & site structure

· Familiarity with Google Analytics

· Strong organization & attention to detail

· Good communication & problem‑solving skills

· Experience with e‑commerce platforms and catalog management

· Nice to Have:

· Canva/Adobe experience

· HTML/CSS basics

· Spreadsheet/data cleanup skills

Management & Supervision:

Work is performed by following existing procedures and instructions but will receive other assignments as necessary. This position has assigned duties that require the exercise of judgment or choice among possible actions sometimes without clear precedents and often with concern for the consequences of the action. This position does not have any direct reports.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
