What we're looking for
A US-based portfolio of women's lifestyle and apparel brands, known for travel-friendly, easygoing pieces with a loyal community of customers, is looking for a proactive E-commerce Specialist to own the day-to-day health of their online stores. You'll keep the site accurate, merchandised, and ready for every launch, while supporting the email and SMS campaigns that bring customers back.
What You'll Be Doing
- Activate, draft, and maintain products and collections based on inventory and merchandising needs.
- Support new product launches, including product setup, PDP creation, and launch execution.
- Execute promotional launches and takedowns, including occasional evening support for 9 PM launches and promo end times.
- Monitor inventory and exclude low-stock or unavailable products from Meta and other paid media channels.
- Run bi-weekly and monthly site audits, and resolve website issues flagged by the CX team (missing products, incorrect collection assignments, display errors).
- Build segments, load creative, send tests, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, while writing subject lines, preview text, text-only emails, and web copy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or merchandising, ideally for a DTC brand.
- Hands-on experience managing products, collections, and PDPs in Shopify.
- Experience scheduling and executing email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Strong written English and the ability to write clear, on-brand copy.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset (you spot problems before customers do).
- Availability for occasional after-hours work aligned with US time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing customer reviews and UGC through tools like Stamped.
- Familiarity with Meta product catalogs and paid media inventory management.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, SKU setup, and listing reviews.
- Experience processing manual refunds in Shopify.
Benefits
- Competitive USD salary.
- 100% remote work.
