E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Bali, Indonesia | Full-time | On-site

Klara Cosmetics is looking for an organised and commercially minded E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth and daily operations of our online stores.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands e-commerce operations and enjoys working with sales data, online platforms, promotions, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of our e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, stock information, and promotions.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance across e-commerce channels.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, revenue, product performance, and other key metrics.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and marketplace activities.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the relevant team regarding stock levels.
• Identify best-selling products and opportunities to improve product performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.
• Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support online campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with marketplace platforms and relevant partners when required.
• Help improve the overall online shopping experience and store presentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or a related role.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia is preferred.
• Comfortable working with sales data and performance reports.
• Good understanding of online promotions, marketplace campaigns, and e-commerce operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to analyse data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good English communication skills.
