ECommerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms. Key responsibilities
- Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events
- Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock levels across platforms
- Analyze traffic, conversion, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
About you
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online retail
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok
- Resourceful and highly adaptive
