E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Le Frank Ingredients Philippines Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, pricing, inventory, and online promotions while processing orders and managing customer concerns across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and online promotions
• Process and monitor online orders, deliveries, returns, and customer concerns
• Plan, assist, and participate in Live Selling sessions
• Assist in creating product content, online campaigns, and promotional activities
• Monitor online sales, platform performance, and basic analytics
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
• Prepare regular e-commerce sales and performance reports

About you

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or any related course
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in E-Commerce / Online Marketplace Management
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Live Selling experience and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
• Knowledgeable in product listings, online promotions, order management, and marketplace operations
• Knowledge of Canva and Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Good communication and customer service skills
