Amazon Performance Marketer

Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | In-office
Full-time | 6 days/week
3.6 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
Immediate joiners preferred

Who Should Apply

1+ year of hands-on Amazon PPC / Performance Marketing experience is mandatory.

This role is ideal for candidates with less than 4 years of total work experience.

Were looking for people with:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High learning ability and curiosity
• Hands-on Amazon PPC experience
• Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and performance data
• Ownership and attention to detail

We care about what you’ve learned, how you think, and how quickly you can improve — not just your job title.

What You’ll Do

Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets and campaign structure.

Analyze ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC and sales to identify wasted spend and growth opportunities.

Scale winning campaigns, fix underperforming campaigns and work with SEO, listing and creative teams to improve Amazon growth.

You’ll be measured by results, not campaign volume.
