E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Improve product listings, images, and descriptions to increase sales.
• Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to plan promotions.
• Analyze sales, customer behavior, and product performance.
• Improve customer satisfaction and online shopping experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Prepare sales reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of e-commerce experience, especially in Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and data analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
