E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to drive our online sales and enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your expertise in web analytics, paid advertising, content creation, and selling on online marketplace platforms such as Amazon and eBay will be vital. Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly audit product listings across Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels, ensuring accuracy in pricing, titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize conversion rates, traffic, and overall sales performance
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and ranking within marketplace search results
• Coordinate pricing strategies by analyzing competitors, market trends, and internal sales data
• Oversee order flow, inventory updates, and listing health, proactively resolving issues such as suppressed listings or policy violations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes, SOPs, and reporting systems for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred
• Interest or knowledge in automotive products preferred
• Experience managing Amazon and/or eBay accounts preferred
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• AA/AS degree with extensive work experience, or Bachelors degree with work experience in related field preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
