E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Responsible for the daily management of store operation planning, promotion, sales, and after-sales service. This role involves maintaining daily store operations, including product information management, product description page optimization, conversion rate monitoring, discount promotion, advertising and pricing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including product information, description page optimization, and pricing strategies
• Plan and promote various promotional activities across the company's online stores to improve product exposure, click-through rate, page views, and conversion rate
• Perform background data analysis, analyze competitor status and market characteristics, and formulate sales and promotion plans
• Conduct influencer outreach and establish relationships across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Handle customer inquiries, manage sales and customer service, and complete monthly sales tasks
• Monitor and analyze operational data including marketing data, transaction data, product management, and customer management
• Excavate customer needs and optimize customer experience through online shop decoration and editing
• Register and maintain platform activities, including activity application, preparation, effect tracking, and data review

About you

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience
• Ability to operate stores independently
• Familiar with major platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, and their in-site promotion tools
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability
• Aesthetic ability and unique understanding of keywords, on-site and off-site promotion
• Excellent market judgment and marketing planning ability
• Teamwork spirit and leadership ability
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and patience
• Able to communicate in English; knowing Chinese is a plus
