We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to scale our online sales across food delivery platforms and marketplaces.

This role is NOT admin.
This role is about driving revenue, optimizing conversion, and growing digital sales channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all online sales channels:

  • GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood
  • Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop

• Create and execute promotion strategies (bundling, flash deals, campaigns)

• Optimize menu display, pricing, photos, and product descriptions

• Monitor and improve:

  • Conversion rate
  • Average order value (AOV)
  • Daily revenue performance

• Coordinate with operations team for stock, availability, and delivery readiness

• Analyze platform performance and provide weekly & monthly reports

• Work with marketing team to push campaigns and traffic

🧠 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in e-commerce / marketplace / F&B delivery platforms

• Strong understanding of:

  • GoFood / GrabFood / ShopeeFood systems
  • Shopee / Tokopedia / TikTok Shop

• Data-driven mindset (Excel / reporting skills)

• Strong execution, fast response, and problem-solving ability

• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
